  I walked into the store waiting for an employee to assist me and that never happened. I ended up walking out of the store and paying my bill online. I will say there are a few employees there now who do have good customer service.

  The whole staff, starting by the " assistant manager" should take an intensive customer service class to learn how to treat their customers. Felt my concerns were disregarded when trying to exchange an accessory during the 14 day store return period. The store "assistant manager" refused to honor my request trying to give me the wrong around and wanted me to return next day (like if dealing with them was everything I have to do in life) to talk to his manager. I will be writing to T mobile headquarters about this awful customer experience, very disappointed about the store and th is experience. Might be switching to a different company.

  Worst customer service ever! After istalling my screen protector the wrong way, gave me a hard time to exchange it. Saying I should go through the warranty when it was their fault. That's how they pay you for bringing a new customer to their company a week ago. Thank you, you guys just made me consider to take my business somewhere else where customers feel appreciated :(
