  Long story short my 4yr old locked (disabled) my 11yr olds phone. Hugo helped us and he was great! He's polite, friendly and great customer service! I'd drive across town just for the service!

  I purchased new phone to replace my other phone. They said with new phone purchase they change to upgraded plan and if you don't like it, can cancel after 30 days. I asked if the upgrade was free for first 30 days, they said no, it was additional $50 so I said no. Ok, so there's no promotion, they just change my rate and its up to me to switch back? No thanks. They changed my plan anyways to $100/mo plan. I noticed on my bill so I called T-Mobile to complain and they refunded the difference. I'll never shop at this store again.
