  I don't bank with them, but went in to cash a check. Daniel Poe went above and beyond to help me out. You don't come across service like this much. I am beyond grateful for Daniel's resourcefulness and customer service. If I ever look to switch banks in the future, Synovus will be my first choice because of their choice in hiring people like him. It speaks volumes for the company culture and their values.

  Great location on the Southbank. Available parking. Easy access and drive-through is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful to customers.

  We have been banking with Synovus for just over two years now & have nothing but nice things to say. Their customer services are superb & follow up even better. Thank you to all the staff but especially to Bonnie for taking interest when we had a false charge come through & she watched our account daily & called us to make sure everything was correct. Kudos’s for all you do Synovus!
