  The location of the Inn is fantastic and parking was easy and convenient. Regretfully our dinner service in the Jazz lounge was disappointing. We were looking forward to a much needed relaxing dinner, but were seated at a high top next to the door where the musicians had to walk in and out multiple times (and it was cold). I made the dinner reservations a month earlier. Our server seemed to not want to be bothered by us. We truly expected better service in such a beautiful Inn. Our food was excellent though! The complimentary breakfast was very good and the service did improve in the morning.

  The Symphony Hotel was a charming and comfortable place to stay. Across the street from the Cincinnati Music Hall, you can enjoy the ballet and a nice dinner all within walking distance. Plenty of places to sit and have a glass of wine too. Melissa, the host, was lovely, courteous, and so accommodating. All this with free parking and continental breakfast with hot morning coffee. I highly recommend.

  Just returned from an overnight stay here and decided to make reservations for another stay! Innkeeper Melissa was incredibly helpful with places to visit and directions. She was the perfect host and represented the hotel well. Beautiful rooms, incredible atmosphere and wonderful location. I HIGLY recommend The Symphony. Also, I must add, I was very impressed with the extra touches like fresh chocolate dipped strawberries in our room and the chandeliers in the very safe parking garage!

  Loved our stay at The Symphony! Such a unique and enjoyable experience. The check-in process, access to the secured garage, breakfast and check-out went exactly as described. Melissa was fantastic and very accommodating. The room was quaint but beautifully furnished and decorated. Loved having a couple of drinks while listening to the smooth jazz trio. Location offered easy access all over OTR. Highly recommend both the food and stay!

  Charming and delightful small boutique hotel. We stayed here for two nights for the Blink Festival - and this hotel was in the perfect location! We stayed in the Mozart Room, which was spacious and so comfy. Everything was perfect: comfy bed, nice coffee service, quiet room. The rooms are all cleverly decorated for the composer in the name. So fun. Big shout out to Melissa, our inn keeper. She was fabulous, took great care of us the whole time. Melissa has a great love and knowledge of the city, and was always ready with recommendations as needed. Loved the advance texts so we knew exactly what to do to find the hotel and check in. Free garage parking was a great convenience. We loved our tasty brunch on Saturday am - try the Strada - so good. We felt right at home, right away. This is an intimate, yet private hotel. Felt like we were staying at a private club.
