  Excellent support staff.Almost a all the people of the pharmacy are from sylhet or from Bangladesh.This is really great feelings to have some in new York who can understand your medical situation in your own mother language.Most of time I went there just because of having an opportunity to speak in Bangla.

  As a pharmacy not very responsible. Medicine order was send to the pharmacy by the doctor. Pharmacy claim they didn’t recive the prescription. We called the doctor twice saying pharmacy didn’t receive the prescription. Third time we went to the pharmacy and called the doctors office and phrmacy representatives spoke to them. Later pharmacy informed us that they recived the prescription first time but we have pay for the medicine and that’s why they didn’t prepared it. The iron tables cost $3.00. It took them 1 week to inform us. Sylhet pharmacy is 1/2 block away from my house and I wanted to support my neighbor. Honestly. Otherwise my extended family in pharmacy business and I don’t go there. I am very upset because my wife is pregnant and it was medication for her. I will never go back and none of my family will. For sure pharmacy won’t close if I don’t go back to them, but purpose of the review is for the authority’s to hire responsible employees.
