  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION. Very unprofessional and shady establishment!! I ordered a 12-inch box spring from here. Today, they delivered an 8-inch box spring (I measured this myself.) When I called the manager named Mo, he told me to "just leave it in my house and they would pick it up tomorrow." I wasnt born yesterday.... I made sure to write on the receipt that I received the wrong matteress and did NOT accept it. I then called HIS manager named Alex at their alleged headquarters in NJ. He then told me they dont make 12-inch box springs (Which they 1. Conveniently didnt tell me when I ordered this but gladly took my money anyway; and 2. Refused to negotiate the price, after messing up on their part. When I informed Alex I was not taking this box spring (since I didnt order an 8-inch and PAID for a 12 inch) he became very nasty and rude. Long story short: As of right now, 3/16/18 at 8:28PM, there is an abandoned 8-inch box spring in the hallway of my apartment complex bc their delivery men did NOT take it back. I am not paying for this. An unnecessary headache that could have been avoided IF this was a legit and honest company! Needless to say: I am contacting my lawyer, consumer affairs and the attorney general about this. They really should be audited by the IRS....

  Muy mal servicio. Compre un bedroom set y me lo dejaron afuera de mi casa y dijeron que iba a regresar más luego a entrarlos y lo dejaron allí luego los llame y me dijeron que pagara a otros para q los entraran. El dominicano que trabaja allí no le escuchen solo tiene labia y te engaña son cosas de muy mala calidad. Luego que venden que tienen tu dinero no les importa garantía ni nada. Solo engaña a la gente.

  I bought an expensive furniture from there so called ashey and its been problems from day 1 im not getting no where with them please don't buy anything very nice at first n after you are ignored

  No compren en esta tienda engañan a la gente y cuando les mandan lo que compran es mala calidad dicen que es de marca Ashley y eso es falso engañan que el banco que les da prestamo es Progressive y no es verdad Progressive es una compañia que hace prestamos y les cobran más de lo que se pueden imaginar y tambien Sidney furniture les dicen que no les cobran Tax pero progressive se los cobra. Es Mejor comprar en una muebleria de prestigio el material es mejor y verdadero.

  Very bad experience I bought fourniture of 2k but they failed to deliver for me in time we agreed and they gave me fake bed and broken after less than 3 months! Poor customer service,don't go there
