  Sold me two lemons. CPU cooler had been opened and parts missing. Computer case severely damaged by a box cutter. I was willing to pay the 20% markup to have it same-day, but little did I know it would come with so much drama. You will receive a much better quality product for cheaper on Amazon or Newegg. It is worth the wait.

  SWS is a ways away from my home. However, it is worth the trip. I needed parts for my computer and was able to find exactly what I needed. When I couldn't find one part there was a knowledgeable person to guide me. I appreciated her help.

  Many years ago I purchased a replacement power supply for my P.C from SWS. I was given excellent advice on how to perform this task. Recently I purchased a printer and could not get it to work. I called up the store for advice. They offered to do the installment for me for $40 if I brought the computer and printer in their store. No one, including the directions, suggested that I reboot the computer. Luckily I overcame my stupidity before giving this store more business. This store may still have good deals. The expert advice that I once swore by seems to be missing.

  Best customer service I've had in a long time! Brandon and Thomas were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need or up sell. Would highly recommend these guys!

  SWS is awesome. They knew exactly what I needed at very good prices. The staff is patient, respectful and so smart. It was a pleasure shopping there and I will return for all my computer needs. Five Stars!!!!!
