  Super fun workout- works every part of your body and never gets old. Challenging, upbeat, inspirational coaches and great music. Customer service is A+ and the locker rooms are clean and fully equipped. Come here for a great circuit.

  Just a fabulous total body workout that goes by in what seems like half the time one is there. Two classes a week and you are all sorted for a fit bod.
