  Unprofessional and discourteous management! After booking a class for a Saturday afternoon, I got a text that Saturday asking if I can make it a for an earlier class, which I could not do as I was working. After bustling and hurrying to my class, I was told that the class was cancelled because I was the only participant and the instructor was not willing to stay for just one person. I asked to be refunded and was told by Yosata that the process would cost her and she therefore was not willing to refund me!!!?!!! The principal is what matters here. If a customer pays for a service and the institution can not render the service every reasonable effort should be made to offer restitution to the customer. Will be contacting the BBB.

  Had such a warm welcome from the nice lady behind the desk. My apologies for forgetting her name. She was super friendly, gave me a tour of the gorgeous facilities and explained a bit about the classes and instructors that interested me. Truly a gorgeous place, accessible and amazing vibes from the staff, instructors and fellow students. I already have plans to return later this week...and I'll be bringing my friends lol

  Came here on a dare for a ploe class lol but i must say very fun and a good workout. Much respect for Dance entertainers in what they because 15 minutes i was huffin and puffin

  Great place, great staff, clean environment, beginner and advanced friendly classes, diversity of class offerings as well as days and times. Loved getting a great workout while also learning new moves.

  Attractive, spacious facility and warm, helpful staff. The classes are led by competent staff that make them fun and take individual needs into consideration. It's conveniently close to D and #4 trains.
