  Best Baked Goods in Nassau County i've found. Cardinali's used to be it when i was a teen and Dortoni's was their replacement. Well now, Sweet Surrender has raised the bar with tastier traditionals and more original selections. Plus, 1000% friendlier counter staff. No snobby self entitled little twits that are upset that they need to work at Sweet Surrender. Just friendly personable ladies that have a just right attitude. This goes for the owners too. Always a pleasant experience here. Keep up the GREAT WORK ladies.

  DELICIOUS, best cake ever. We tried an amazing cake, it was a rainbow cheesecake....So good and first time I've ever had it. It was a big hit. WORTH the calories

  Apparently has the same baker/recipe, when my father was a little boy in Levittown 50 years ago. It is still that good. Enjoy it while you can!

  Very nice! Pastries are well made and great! Maybe consider Ralph’s Italian Ices. Doesn’t look in the best condition, but definitely will blow your mind because it is so good.

  We purchased a cake for my bridal shower and it was AMAZING. Definitely the talk of the party. The staff was so kind and generous while helping us pick out what flavors. We ended up going with one layer of vanilla and one layer of chocolate cake, with a layer of raspberry filling and a layer of chocolate mousse. The raspberry filling was to die for! They also delivered the cake right to the party so we didn't have to worry about picking it up. Thank you Sweet Surrender!!
