  Been eating there all my life, know my order and me by name, very friendly and good people. Tofu low mein & Lemon chicken are great. Great evening take out when you're too lazy too cook and tastey too

  Very good. The food is great. Would definitely recommend it. I enjoyed and also they had a nice cashier. Very friendly .

  We enjoyed their food for years, but have experienced bad customer service on several occasions. The last occurrence takes the cake. I called today (the day after Thanksgiving when many local businesses are closed) and asked if they were delivering because sometimes they take to-go orders, but aren't delivering. The man asked what I wanted. I responded by repeating my question. We carried on with this until I asked if he was going to answer my question. I did not want to place an order if it meant having to go get it. He told me that was why he asked what I wanted. I told him he could have answered my question. It was that simple. He hung up on me. I called back and asked if he was the manager and he responded that he was. I asked why he hung up on me and told him we are faithful customers and he interjected by yelling at me and told me I was arguing with him. We spoke over one another as I wasn't finished talking when he rudely jumped in. He then hung up again. I do not understand why he would treat us like that when he has delivered to our door many times over the last 10 years. I am done with Sweet Pink Pepper.
