  Not a reliable agency! They were unable to cover the hours my son was supposed to get. Some of their nurses are really incompetent! We had one that tried to run off with my son. Another that snapped at my son, we found out later that she was Bipolar. The agency is horrible, and can not get their act together. Stay away from them!!

  I have two children on respirators. It's been over a month and still do not have all of my days covered. They always say, "We are working on it" when i call. It's been over a month and still do not have all of the days covered.

  This is the worse agency out there please stay away from them !!!!

  The Worst home care EVER they STILL DON'T HAVE A NURSE FOR MY SON WHO LIVES ON A RESPIRATOR ....FOR DAYS NOW I BEEN CRYING CALLING THEM NOTHING THEY ONLY CALL U TO SAY THE NURSE CALLED OUT....... THERE ARE NO BACK UPS THEY SAY WE WILL GET BACK TO U AND NEVER DO.....WHAT KIND OF HOME CARE IS THIS HOW CAN THEY JUST CALL OUT WITH OUT MAKING SURE THEY HAVE SOMEONE TO STAND IN FOR THEM WE ARE TALKING ABOUT SICK PEOPLE & KIDS...... THEY WON'T GIVE YOU UR CHILD'S PO # SO U CAN GO SOME WHERE ELSE ....... THEY never have nurse's they NEVER EVER GET BACK TO YOU NO MATTER HOW MANY TIME U CALL OR LEAVE MESSAGES PLEASE TRUST ME I STILL DON'T HAVE A NURSE AND I LOST MY JOB OVER THIS HORRIBLE HOME CARE......
