  DO NOT ORDER HAIR FROM THEM IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE!!! Their customer service is horrible. I ordered their hair 2 weeks in advance from when I needed it and no one reached out to me to let me know that they needed to confirm my address. I called their business several times to find out about my package each time they gave me the run around about waiting for their supervisor to come in. Finally annoyed I asked for my money back!! It's been a week now and I have yet to receive my money. Talk about worst experience ever!!! If I don't get my $350 dollars soon I will call the Business Bureau to start a claim. Never again!!!

  I purchased the hair couple of months ago. I decided to hold off my review until my second install. I bought the peruvian hair and I have to say, it is one of the best hair purchase i have made in years. The hair texture is soft and silky. It blended very well with my hair. my favorite part of the hair is, it holds curls. I curl the hair with bendy rollers for the night and the curls will hold for a week!!!! Another great part of this hair is the quality of the weft. This is my second install and the weft still holds great. No shedding, No tangling. I will definitely go back to try other hair textures.

  I love all my hair(s) from Sway, and their customer service is the best. They taught me how to take care of my hairs. I still have my hair from Spring 2012, and still in very good condition. I love all my Sway Hair, and I will recommend anytime to anyone........
