  one of my favorite swarovski stores that i like to go to its near by and they have a huge selection of items all the workers are great except for one the blonde lady shes very rude and unhelpful when the other girls were trying to help me she was sticking items in my face that i really didnt need and were way out of my price range,other then her great place and nice enviorment just make sure you dont get help from her

  Best costumer service so far. I was shopping for mother’s day and these two Russian speaking girls Esra and Irina I believe helped me out so much. I came in just browsing and they made my decisions clear. My mother is completely in love with everything I got her, thanks to them! The store is spotless. I’ve never seen a store as clean as this swarovski. Definately will make this my go to place for grifts!!!

  Absolutely in love with this store in particular,I’ve visited many Swarovski stores, this has been the best so far,the staff are super sweet they’ve helped me so much with all the gifts I’ve got in the past they get into detail of what exactly you need down to the details of the color the metal and the size,the only store so far in general that I’ve seen do this,I defiantly recommend to everyone!!

  The staff here are always rude & unprofessional! I bought items here long time ago & will never shop here. The staff here are snobs & soooo lacking in people's skills. They act like they're better than the customers. They should remember: no sales no commission no salary. Swarovski company should fire these people & do a clean sweep. Or just probably close their store at Kings Plaza. Because of their employees' bad attitude & customer service, they're losing business....BIG TIME! These people were hired to provide customer service & make sales.
