  Chad does great work, he really makes sure the project gets done the right way the first time. I will be using him again for my next remodel project

  I know Chad Swanson personally. I am a sub-contractor so I have been on several of his jobs. It is refreshing to see clean, safe, well managed projects. Their attention to detail is evident and the top notch craftsmanship is not only where the customer sees it but also in the places the customer will never see! A standard of excellence very few companies strive for these days. Definitely worth the difference! Take it from a pro that knows.
