  Worst costumer service I have encountered in a while. Called to ask about service on a espresso maker and the person on the phone was acting like i was bugging and annoying her.

  Terrible, unreliable appliance delivery service. Scheduled a morning delivery. On the day-of they told me that the driver would arrive between 1pm and 2pm. By 2pm, the driver still had not arrived. When I called again they said the delivery window was actually between 1pm-3pm. When I asked what I was supposed to do when the delivery/driver did not arrive they hung up the phone.
