  First time here today - I gave them four stars for the awesome food (fresh lemonade was super tasty, too!) - I would give them 1 star for customer service and cleanliness. I’m not picky on customer service either... BUT I literally stood there waiting for some ranch for so long my husband was almost done eating by the time I got back to the table. The first employee I tried to ask rolled his eyes, said he couldn’t help me, and yelled at another, “can someone get that lady some ranch, I can’t,” as he pushed dirt and trash back and forth on the ground with the broom instead of using an actual dustpan. Tables were also dirty. Kid was trying to look busy while doing essentially nothing. I would go back to order my food to go - mushroom cheesesteak was amazing. My husbands food looked great. But dudes, you need to take a lesson in common courtesy and customer service. No paying customer should be treated like that - especially when they’re being super patient and polite to you! I’ve worked fast food too - it sucks, but a job is a job, and while some customers suck no matter what, most will be respectful if the employees are respectful as well.

  Friendly staff. Great variety of sandwiches. Huge fries and onion rings sizes. Beer on tap. Neat atmosphere. They have a veggie burger also

  Classic 50's drive in with great burgers and good service. I like Suzie Burger. They make a mean burger and you can customize it all kinds of ways with no cost for most things. Their cheese steaks are great too! Good, fresh fries.... Definitely one of the better fast food places for sure!

  I've been here twice. I can say so far that the customer service is excellent --and I mean notably good. The burgers are good and meaty, and the toppings are all good. The double deluxe cheeseburger is one of the best burgers around Sacramento, I think, and the onion rings are among the best I've had anywhere. The fries could be a little better (I prefer thicker and crispier), but they are not bad and the servings are generous. Suzie Burger is our new "go to" place. Update 3/29/2018: I've been back a couple more times. I haven't been disappointed yet. FYI: The mint chip shake is good too.

  Always the best service, friendly staff, & Amazing Food. Literally everything they make is delicious. Food never takes more than 8-10 minutes when you call it in. Just be sure to ask what the special of the week is, cause it sucks when you get there see the photo and think, damn that looks Amazing as well. Very happy I finally gave them a try.
