  This restaurant hibachi taste nothing like a typical Japanese hibachi. I've been to many hibachi restaurants and this by far was the worst. Will never return or recommend to anyone looking for traditional hibachi.

  Yellowtail was not yellow. Rice was not cooked properly. I will not be coming back

  Sharing with my wife can be trying at times, especially here. I could smash like 10 rolls by myself. I do love my wife.. for sharing.

  The food at Sushi Matsuya is delicious! I ordered the vegetable fried rice ( green peppers, onions, carrots, zucchini and more!) and the volcano train roll (too many wonderful ingredients to list!) . I did not dine in but the service was fast and the hostess was very pleasant!

  My friend and I waited almost 2 hours in an empty restaurant for no food and no service. After an hour and 15 minutes the hostess finally came over to give me a cup of water and place our order. 20 minutes later, no food no explanation. No apologies, no nothing. This place went to the dogs after new ownership and management took over. Go somewhere else. Normally I would have said something after 25-30 mins but I was with someone and didn’t want to ruin it by getting mad.
