  Joining Susan Urban Boot Camp has far exceeded my expectations!!!! After doing strength training at the gym for countless years and never really experiencing any change, THIS has changed my fitness level enormously! And working out outdoors has become my new favorite way to exercise! Not only have I developed great strength and feel great, I continue to be motivated and inspired by the women with whom I work out. Everyone supports each other and encourages each other which helps us all to achieve our own personal goals. Susan is incredibly motivating and makes us work hard but at a level that is appropriate for each individual in the group.

  Susan is motivating and energizing as a trainer! She puts together targeted workouts and sets them to music so that you almost forget that it's exercise! I highly recommend trying out a class!
