  My 86 year young mother was admitted to this facility on March 6 and was there about 31/2 weeks. She has CHF and was in the hospital 30 days & had lost body mass. The rehab portion is excellent because they work the patients. Like any heath care facility today, there is a staff shortage problem. If I'm visiting my mother and she has to wait 20 + minutes for assistance to use the bathroom, imagine how long she has to wait when I'm not there. Mom said sometime an hour. Most of the staff are very nice, but family presence is definitely necessary. Mom had a incident 1st night which I had to address with administration the following day. Needless to say that never happened again. They have really nice activities for the patients. The facility was clean and the rooms are bright. The food was horrible. Really dry hard noodles & veggies & meat. They only get 3 stars because having available staff & decent food are very important tools needed for good rehabilitation. We brought our mom food from home, but everyone is not as lucky...just saying!!

  I HAD RIGHT HIP REPLACEMENT SURGERY ON JAN3 AN WAS TRANSFERRED HERE AN LET ME REALLY TELL YOU THIS NURSING HOME REHABILITATION CENTER IS SO FULL OF LIES ...I WOULD RING THE BELL TO USE THE BED PAN THE CNA TOLD CANT YOU WALK ?? NO O CANT I HAD A HIP REPLACEMENT SO SHE GOT ALL UPSET CAUSE SHE HAD TOO DO WORK !! MY MEDS ORDERS WAS NOT PICKED UP I WAS GIVEN VERY LITTLE FOR THE PAIN AND MIND YOU I WAS LEFT IN MY OWN URINE FOR A HALF HOUR I WAS SO UPSET I REQUESTED TO TALK TOO THE ADN HE DIDNT SHOW UNTIL LIKE 3 HOURS LATER I WAS IN VERY BAD PAINS THEY KEPT ASKING ME AM IM SURE THAT I WANT TOO GO TOO THE HOSPITAL I SAID YES SO AT 7PM THEY CALLED AN AMBULANCE TOO TAKE ME TOO MOUNT SINAI HOSPITAL WERE I HAVE AN IFECTION OF MY WOUND AND SERVER PAINS WITH FEVER ...DO GO IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVE ONES

  My grandma is in better shape and is eating more healthier!

  My mom was in this nursing home and on July 5,2015. they burned her up with something. They gave me all type of excuses. All the nurses are not bad there but most of them of evil.
