  Clean laundromat, helpful staff. Many of the dryers were broken so that explains the -1 star. Affordable prices for Brooklyn laundry.

  Jack up prices regularly. Give you a date that your dry cleaning will be ready, and it never is. Add $2.00 to any special request.... next thing you know, a $15.00 laundry ticket is suddenly $21.00. They have very poor communication skills, so can’t ever explain why you got an unexpected upcharge. Plus they lose my stuff constantly. They just need to get it together & they’d be a great service.

  More expensive drop offs than doing it in the city. The machines are old and unreliable, 50/50 chance yours will be broken. When I discovered the cheaper one on Norman with newer machines I was so stoked

  THEY STEAL and offer no compensation and refuse to communicate. DO NOT USE.

  I recently moved to a building nearby that doesn't have laundry (oh the pain) and I started using this place for fluff n fold drop off. I figured if I'm gonna have to bring my clothes somewhere I'd want some level of convenience! Anyway, it's certainly one of the better laundromats I've been to in New York. The space is clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. It seems that they take good care of my clothes, prices are reasonable. I suppose the best option in the immediate area.
