  CROOKS! SCAM FRAUDULENT WARNING!!! THE OWNERS ARE CROOKS! THE MECHANICS ARE NOT LICENSED! THEY CHARGE BOGUS FEES FOR UNNECESSARY WORK. IF ITS AND OLDER VEHICLE THEY WILL PURPOSELY CAUSE EXPENSIVE DAMAGE THEN USE EXTORTION TO MAKE YOU PAY OR KEEP YOUR CAR. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE. THEY HAVE BEEN SUED MANY TIMES. THE OWNER SANDRA IS CON ARTIST. THESE LIARS AND FAKE CHRISTIANS PULLED THE TIMING CHAIN OFF MY HUSBANDS CAR. MY HUSBAND WENT IN FOR A PIECE TO BE PUT ON HIS CLUTCH AND INSTEAD THEY DESTROYED HIS CAR. HE IS DISABLED, BUT SANDRA THE CROOK DIDN'T CARE. WE HAD NO WAY TO GET AROUND FOR MONTHS! SANDRA IS MEAN, NASTY, AND JUST PLAIN CRAZY! WE HAD TO USE MONEY WE SAVED FOR AN APARTMENT TO BUY A CAR BECAUSE OF THIS ROTTEN WOMAN SANDRA! SICKO WOMAN TELLS EVERYONE EVERY WEEK THAT HER LIAR HUSBAND JUST HAD A STROKE! THE STAFF, WHO ARE ALSO HORRIBLE PEOPLE WAS VERY NASTY AND RUDE TO MY HUSBAND WHEN HE WAS SAD ABOUT THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED. MY HUSBAND SUED THESE JERKS AND WON! IM HAPPY TO SAY HE PUT A LEAN ON THEIR "FORECLOSED HOME" SO THEY CANNOT SELL IT TILL THEY PAYS UP!

  I've had a great experience at surgical auto. They took time to understand my particular issue. They worked with my parts warranty and were able to complete a job and give me updates on the status. I took my car here because I was fed up with a service center that was playing games with me. I appreciate the timely service.

  Always GREAT SERVICE .. When it comes to this shop. Nothing but honest people that own the shop & work at the shop. Year after year i continue to get nothing but great service. This is my 2nd BMW i have had repaired there no problems after. Thank you

  I have been to a few mechanic both dealership and retail. When I tell you Surgical is real deal. I tell no tales. They are extremely professional. Prompt, you do not get the run around and they do not try to scam you. A+ work each and every time
