  The instructors are excellent and they provide a wide variety of classes. Welcoming to newcomers as well as allowing more experienced riders to challenge themselves. Very fun and highly recommended!

  I adore working out at Surge Cycling! It is one of the best cardio workouts around. I was not a "spinner" or "biker" so I was skeptical at first, but after just a couple rides I was hooked. Get ready for an amazing and motivating workout because that is exactly what you will get a Surge Cycling in SPL. LOVE YOU, SURGE FAM!!!!

  I’ve been going to Surge for 3+ years. The instructors are the best.Classes are high energy, intense and challenging. Great atmosphere. Keep it up Surge‼️

  Love this place. I don’t go as often as I’d like due to lack of childcare, but I always feel welcomed when I’m there. Classes are energetic, upbeat, and motivating.

  What I love about Surge is the people! Everyone is there to motivate you towards a healthier life. The classes and instructors are all so great; each have their own uniques that help keep the classes entertaining and different. I feel amazing every time j leave a class!
