  DO NOT USE THEM. I contacted them because they were the only registered provider for my boiler in my area (A power they abuse..). The 'Specialist' lacked basic product knowledge. They left me hanging for 8 days with no heat or hot water and almost seemed to enjoy it. They charged me in full despite not fixing a thing and providing bad advice that caused delays for days.
