  My wife responded to an advertisement for a ridiculously low price thinking she was getting a deal by taking advantage of what seemed to be a sale. So the tech comes and cleans for about 30 minutes and then tries to quadruple the price! No where near what was advertised. We kind of knew that they weren't going to do it as cheaply as they claimed, but talk about a bait and switch. Even after we insisted the tech call the corp, their "discounted" price still wasn't a good deal. And then the tech complained it came out of his check. Not a very well run company and would not recommend them. Since then we have switched over to Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning services and have been very happy with Oxi Fresh.

  Same as all above. I asked them on the phone if there were any additional charges, fees, furniture moving fees etc before they came. When they called to confirm I said I will pay 34.75 for my 5 rooms plus tax right? I said I will already have the check made out... The scary guy shows up in a little unmarked car. He goes through the whole house (even the rooms I told him I didn't want) then says, ok let me work out the quote... I said "no quote, I want the 5 room $34.75 special" He said that really isn't possible because he needs to pre-treat and prework the stains (even though we didnt have any real stains). Then he quotes me $375!!! I said I think you misplaced a decimal (not trying to offend him and his math skills). So he starts in on the pushy Xcon game of you REALLY need this... There was no way I was paying that much. I finally agreed to pay him $100 for 3 small rooms because I was afraid if I didnt that he might retaliate (as others listed here). They run a weekly full page ad in the mail fliers here in the valley... as Mom always said, if it sounds too good to be true...you'll get screwed!
