  I called in and spoke with customer service and told them the model # of my scanner and which product i needed. They placed my order. I received the merchandise and opened the box and tried to install the replacement parts which did not fit. I was then told to talk with manufacturer who told me I was given the wrong part. I was then told then to mail it back to supplynet inc and they would replace it. Item was returned and they told me the box was torn so they would not except it. I was not planning on returning the item. The box was torn to get the item out. They would not work with me at all or offer any refund. Better go elsewhere not worth the risk.
