  Was in there looking at laptops and asked if I could turn one on to see if it worked. Was told by the manager-(Nope! Either buy it or leave it) who's going to buy any thing electric if you can't even see if it turns on! Never going there again! They lost out on some money! Little do they know....

  Kevin is a great manager, I was long time loyal customer of his at Southern/Country Club store. Was sad when they moved him to other stores. He has always been friendly and super helpful.

  The store manager kevin was rude, cocky, unethical, and needs to realise business is about the customer not the $. There are plenty of pawn shops. I recomend going to a different one. Avoid the Mesa dr and southern store.

  The store manager kevin took advantage of my gf who didnt know better. When I went to speak to him about it he held a condescending smirk and was unwilling to own his mistake. COCKY, UNETHICAL, AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do NOT give this store location (mesa dr and southern) ANY business.
