  Worst pawn shop I've ever encountered or experienced. My boyfriend and I bought a brand new generator less than a week ago for $300 and found out that we needed a higher wattage on the generator so the store we purchased it from doesn't do returns if you put gas in it so we took it to the pawn shop to see what we could get for it. we just so happen to notice that they had a higher wattage generator that would work perfect for us priced at $300. We went in there the girl said she would give us 50 for our generator. We asked why it would only be 50 when we just purchased it for 300 less than a week ago. She began to tell us that for example the generator in the window that we were looking at she had for a year and that they haven't sold it yet that they are hard to sell. so that's when we told her well we're looking for a higher wattage generator so we're hoping to Do a transaction that will benefit the both of us. The manager ends up coming out and won't budge at all and says it was priced at 350 prior and that they only have had it for a month. So right there it was very frustrating because the first girl lied to us and then the manager was being rude to us about it mean while he couldn't even figure out how to start it for us we had to show him how to start it to verify that it worked. We then found out by looking over the generator that the pull start option on the generator was broke and the generator only has the key start option to start it and the battery was zip tied. The manager said he was aware of it and the price was still the same. And I better I couldn't get a better deal yes did I end up buying the generator yes because I needed it and it was the best option that I could find. But the level of customer service and respect was atrocious I hope I never have to go back there again.

  Horrible sales staff.... Sit right in front of you and dont offer to help... On multiple occasions.... Prices are WAY too high if you are there to purchase.. Suggest any of the other 10 that are in the area.

  I have purchased over 2000.00 of product from Superpawn. As a company, amazing. I have to say I am not impressed with the help you get over the phone. I called to ask about a Iphone 6plus. Which we all know is not cheap. I call because it saves me time. This way I can go to the location that has my product. When someone does not give a phone e of another location and just wants you to get off the phone. It really makes you not want to do business with them. I write because I think as a big company you need to call different locations to make sure they are representing the brand in a Positive way. In today's market it makes and breaks businesses. I would give Superpawn 5 Stars. As far as customer service for this location over the phone a 1 Star.

  I spend a good amount of time in pawn shops. I collect guitars and I enjoy finding the occasional dirty gem. I happened to find just such a dirty little gem here at SuperPawn today. The best thing about finding something you want in a pawn shop is they will usually at least entertain taking something (of value) in partial trade. Win win for all involved if it's something your not emotionally or financially attached too. So here is why I'm giving SuperPawn one star and it's not even out of anger. When a customer approaches you, the Shift Lead, the person "in charge" and you immediately make them feel unwelcome without either of you even opening your mouths.......... You are not doing your job right. If we as consumers can stomach the prices and offers in a pawn shop.... you should at least be able to pretend that you appreciate our business. I was ready to spend money. You Mrs. Lead Shift, changed my mind before I got the opportunity. You fail today. 1* and only because I have too.
