::I was really excited to try this place... But unfortunately it's all flash and no substance. Their savory croissants, spinach and salmon/cream cheese were extremely salty. Their donuts, chocolate caramel and curry mango, were covered in granulated sugar, yet still not that sweet and just mediocre at best. I also tried their hazelnut chocolate was just lacking the umph from the chocolate. Overall the croissants were very dry... Not the buttery goodness I've experienced in France. Their donuts are soft enough but flavors are just lacking. They do offer water for free and there are few small chairs for you to sit inside. Just be warned, it is limited seating, so don't bring a large crowd if you want to hang inside. Also, if you buy 6 items, you can get their shiny box, which is pretty sturdy and you can probably reuse.

::The Summer Wine was fine and the peach soft serve🍦 complimented it in every yummy way 😋. The Sausage roll was undercooked in the center & bottom while the outer layer was layered & buttered the best way. Flaky & crunchy; the pan design was decent

::Great shop to visit for the experience. The croissants are art, so creative and beautiful! You can also view the bakers as they make the pastries. The Chocolate Salted Caramel Donut was delicious! The Spinach Pie was good, very fresh and savory. I was not a fan of the Banana Split croissant.

::It would be a challenge to find a more aesthetically pleasing minimalist space. The large marble table adorned with gorgeous flaky pastry is a showstopper. I had a cruffin with passionfruit that was tart, sweet, and buttery flaky. I'm happy to report that the pastries taste as good as they look. The packaging for the pastries is iridescent and charming.

::If you like your croissants with a lot of show this is the spot for you. This is a very creative Bakery that is fun to go to not only to eat their inventive pastries but to watch them making it through the giant glass window at the back of the store. I love that they lay out their croissants like their shoes on the counter so you can be clear about which ones you're picking. They always have the best Packaging and the New York packaging does not disappoint at all. It's super-super hip. I kind of like to say give me the pastries in a bag and let me take the packaging separately so it doesn't get dirty. But the pastries can be kind of intricate and you wouldn't want to get the messed up by putting them in a bag. I've been to their place in San Francisco and it's fun to have them in New York.
