  Great shop, great variety of rooms to choose from at varying and affordable rates.

  Facilities are maintained,rooms for the most part are secure. Greatest part is sharing the building with other great like minded musicians.

  i've come here for years. it used to be really great. Now, they have gotten much stricter with things, particularly related to the burning of ganja or incense or anything inside the rehearsal spaces. 250$ fine if they smell any type of smoke. Personally, i dont know how you run a music studio that bans weed in California... Im a medical patient and i think its pretty silly. My band is a stoner/sludge metal band and needless to say, we are moving to a more "tolerant" location.. Also they get crazy soundbleed between the rooms anyway and the prices aren't that great for what you get. good location though. have a nice day.
