::Called this company to troubleshoot my walk in freezer. The tech came over and spent 2 hours searching for a leak which he says he knew when he walked in. He used dye to find the leak. My first problem is why didn't he use the dye right away instead of spending two hours whatever it is he's doing? He found the leak and started fixing it. $600 later...to fix a leak. Fine whatever. After he left he sent me another estimate for the insulation of the pipe that he cut, which costs $12. I was later informed that he didn't have the right insulation size. So he wants to charge me another $142.99 to come out to put on the insulation that he cut out. So for 600 dollars they couldn't even put the insulation that they cut out put back on is ridiculous. This is NOT customer service. Basically what they're saying is hey we cut out your insulation to fix your problem but we didn't fix the insulation and if you want that fix, we have to send out another technician to do it. Oh it's going to costs $143.00. Why didn't you just do it before? Oh we didn't have the right size but that's your problem. Pay $143 more and we'll fix it or get someone else to do it. Bye. Seriously. Put the insulation back. It costs you $12 and 15 minutes. You are already paid $600 isn't that enough? So never ever will do business with Superior Service again and will tell everyone I meet about my experience.
