  Total crook. Charged me $150 last year (reasonable). Bumped it up to $250 (without telling me until after he did the work!) this year. He claimed that's what he charges everybody, even when I told him that I know two people who use him that were charged significantly less. Scam artist whose not that good at his job. Save your money and go elsewhere.
