  Worst place Ive ever taken my son, these ladies couldnt cut a cake!!!!! Then when asked to fix thier error, we were led around over a hour! With no refunds, or fixed cut, just a crying kid and pure disgust for the handling of the situation, maybe Sara could focus on hair cuts instead of hitting on old men..... the manager was the one who led me in circles and never fixed the situation. Corporate has been informed, inexcusable service all around.

  Worst haircut in my life :( I think they should start doing the free haircut for homeless people, after the learn how to do it they should start charging people:;
