  My son and I went in without appointments and didn't wait at all. The stylist understood exactly what I wanted and did it.

  The reservation system is a nightmare. 15 min wait on arrival. Waited for an hour while people showed up and got served immediately. A customer in the store is worth how many online reservations? Let's see... Will I download the app? Go online next time and make a reservation? Instead, why don't I make a special effort never to come here again.

  Very helpful staff offering prompt service and they have done a great job cutting my hair as requested.

  What a disappointment. Paid $28 plus tip for shampoo and styling and my hair looked the same leaving as it did when I arrived. $28 for WHAT? Blow dry and a couple of round brush with dryer attempts. Left with straight, flat, lifeless hair in absolutely NO style. Even the stylist remarked "Gee you hair just isn't staying." Brilliant remark right? On the display shelves all over the shop which feature dozens and dozens of hair products for all types and lengths of hair .... and you're telling me there was nothing in that Supercut shop to help with my hair ..... something to whip it into a "real style"? Pathetic. If the stylist could not do anything with my "chin length" hair, then there should have been NO CHARGE. I could have saved $28 and just shampooed and dried my hair myself. They simply do not care there. They need to stick to just giving men haircuts..... Just change the chain name to Supercuts For Mens Hair. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. WOULD NOT GO BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
