  Went in for a quick cut, zero customers in chairs or in waiting area, three employees sitting in back area when I walked in. I was told the next available time slot was in an hour and I would have to wait until then. Not interested.

  Came in for a haircut. 3 stylists sitting around doing nothing and zero customers waiting. I was told I had to wait 45 minutes because they were on break. I told them I'd rather just go somewhere else. They said fine. Embarrassing lack of customer service.

  This supercuts has the worst customer service of any business. Some little blond hussie lied to my sons about a time slot. Every time we have been here it ends up being a waste of time. They usually have one person actually cutting hair even in this prime location. Arguing wth customers that called in for an appointment is dumb.

  I have only had Josie and Stephanie cut my hair, due to a lot of skin tags. They know me and my scalp very well. I went in and Crystal was the only one available, well, explaining to her my situation, she took concern. She had me show her and she felt for them. She did a great job. I now have three ladies that can cut my hair. This is a great feeling knowing I will not leave with a tag cut open. Thank You to my favorite ladies.
