::If you actually want to get your hair cut DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in here with my youngest son a few weeks ago an hour before closing and was told "it's not likely that we'll be able to get to him today but you can wait and see" keep in mind there was only 2 little kids in front of us? I ended up waiting and got his hair cut with more than 30 minutes to spare before closing. I went back yesterday to take my oldest son to get his hair cut and was told they were closing and couldn't do it (this was 45 mins before they were SCHEDULED to close) but I didn't want to make a deal out of it so just said whatever I'll come back tomorrow, well today is that tomorrow, same girl was working (it's been the same girl all three times) I had checked in online for 6:15, I walked in at roughly 6:05 and was told "oh I have clients booked up and won't be able to cut his hair" WHAT??? You have clients for the next THREE HOURS? With ONE person sitting in the waiting area?? She then proceeded to tell me she HATES the check in because if there's someone in the lobby they come first, um, NO! The point of the check in is to SAVE MY SPOT! I'll be contacting EVERYBODY about this! Getting a 7 year olds hair cut should have never been so damn complicated! It takes 10 mins!

::I got a great haircut from a friendly non smoking hairdresser, and a warm towel. What's not to love about that? Was about $20 with the tip without discounts.

::Kenisha was wonderful! I needed a haircut to fix a DIY mishap. I just wanted some messy layers. She was very friendly and did exactly what I asked. I will definitely be back. :)
