  It’s a really okay place. I didn’t have to wait long to get my side cuts shaved. Took less than 10 minutes. The staff wasn’t necessarily HAPPY but not rude either. Sure there could be some improvements but overall for me it was okay.

  Don’t go here! Very unhappy I have very long hair and I made an appointment online for wash and haircut. When I came there the girl said should I just cut it? And I was like OK in my mind she looked uninterested to wash my hair. I request for hair wash online and she asked me if she can just cut it. So she sprayed my hair with a water bottle and not even wet my hair was still kind of dry and she literally cut my hair in 5 minutes I was done and out of the place in five minutes. Serious?! And No hot towel. Oh also she smelled like cigarettes too. I didn’t said anything but it eventually bothered me until I was home and made a phone call I made a complain they told me the supervisor is calling us back and I never heard from them ! I even had to cut my hair at home there were lots of split ends!!!

  This place sucks. Every single time I went here to get my haircut, all I asked for was for it to have not so much puff and to be a little shorter but not too short. So what did they do every single time? They cut it so that the hair went right up to my hairline and each strand was less than an eighth of an inch and the whole cut was uneven and all over the place. I needed a good haircut for an important court date and this place gave me the worst one I have ever had in my life. I will never be coming back here again and I recommend that no one else give them any business. Let this horrible establishment get closed down.

  Asked for an Inch and a half taken off the bottom and they took off over 3 inches. It took me almost a year to grow my hair to the length I wanted and they chopped off all my hard work. They also left one side of my hair longer than the other. The only positive part of the whole experience is that the color looks good.
