  Check in online at 3:00 for 3:30 slot. Walk in at 3:15, waiting upto 4:15 as thinking as little wait as described in online. 3 more customers came. Finally stylist came and saying you need to wait for more hr. Does these place is crazy? I never go this place or super. Local salons are far better and respected.

  I walked in around 2 PM to get my hair done and was given no solid wait time or acknowledgement for over 2 hours. When the time actually came for me to get my hair done, the stylist finally asked what I wanted only to tell me that she didn't have time to do it and I was forced to leave with my hair untouched. I'm fine with waiting, but this level of service is unacceptable. Will not be spending another dime here.

  First time at Supercuts and first time at a walk in salon. Jasmine did a great job fixing my dry hair that hadn't been cut in over a year and a half. She saved way more of it than I thought she could, and cut it exactly how I asked! My hair looks great! Wonderful experience and you definitely can't beat the price!
