  The hairstylist was very careful cutting my hair and she made sure that I was satisfied with my new hair style. Good job.

  I can't believe the attitude of the girl that answered the phone today Sunday October 1st 2017 at 3:28 p.m.!!! Wow, this lady was very short and very rude and acted like she had no time for me whatsoever. Where's Monique when you need her? Seems like when the manager Monique is not around these girls just do whatever they want and act however they want and run amok. I've lived in Placentia since 1988 and have been going to this Supercuts on and off depending on who's working that day since the day it opened. It's amazing how difficult it is to find someone who can do a proper buzz cut you would think it's a simple easy haircut but for some reason the only person I can find to do it right is Monique the manager. Every other person in this Supercuts is completely incapable of doing a simple task such as a buzz cut every other person I've gone to at this store besides Monique none of them have been able to do a proper buzz cut without me going home having to look over the cut in the mirror to see high and low spots so not only do I have to pay someone to buzz my hair the wrong way I have to go home and re buzz cut my hair myself. What a waste of time and money I might as well just stay home and buzz cut my own hair. We need more hair stylist like Monique who can actually do their job thoroughly and knows the meaning of customer service.

  My boyfriend and I were going to get his haircut there (his choice, not mine) and he waited AN HOUR to finally get seated, after the unfortunate girl at the desk sat someone out of order. Then the "hairdresser" despite careful instructions, went ahead and did the exact opposite of what my boyfriend asked. Even had the audacity to correct him after he suggested she was going too short, saying it looks better short. A lot of people go to a barber or salon to feel good and look good. And after this? Never again. Why not help the mom and pop shops that actually listen to instruction and care?
