  Went to this location to get a simple haircut. Walked in and the woman said she would try to fit me in because she had 2 appointments in 10 min. After I explained what I wanted, a simple cut mostly combed to the left and the rest to the right she went ahead and started. I showed her how short I wanted my sideburns and she finished my cut and took my $20 plus a $5 tip for squeezing me in. When I got to my car I noticed the part she "shaved" for my sideburns was still long. And when I went back in she said that's the shortest i could get it and I'll have to shave. I have never had to shave after a haircut in my life. And my girlfriend noticed after I got home that there were patches that the girl totally missed that were now longer than the rest of my hair. I had to have girlfriend try and fix it because I couldn't go to work looking like a slob. Worst haircut in my life!

  Definitely regret coming here. While the Customer service was decent, I can say without a doubt that this place does not know how to cut Men’s hair. I walked in and asked for a simple “Medium Skin Fade”. The lady cutting my hair looked at me like I was crazy and begun to ask ME how to proceed with a fade. After the haircut was complete, she didn’t show me the labor of her services and I noticed there was a major line. I then asked if she could fix it and she said no. Uhhhh, what?! If you are a man, do not come here.

  Had a horrible experience here on April 6th 2018 @ 11 am. We went down for a wedding . We wanted to get wash and blow dry and checked in online for 3 people and once we got in the girl on who was there told us she couldn't take us as it's a busy day and they have a lot of appointments . The girl was rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and we were left to rush and find a place to get our hair done. Bad experience overall.

  Took my mom(89) to get her hair cut tonight.got there at640pm.sign said closed at 8pm.the little girl said they were technically all booked up.there was another girl cutting a mans hair.noone else in the place.the little girl told me she was on break waiting for her next apt.it took my mom a good 10 min to get up and leave.the little girl was on the phone chatting away wayching us leave.are you kidding me? You turn down paying customers? Will never go to you again! This is what we all can expect from millennials? Total disrespect! SHAME! Im discusted
