  I called in a couple of hours an set appointment. I shower up 15mins earlier than the appointed time. I wasn't greeted and stood there for a few mins while the 4 worker just talk and joke around. After finally being greeted and confirm my appointment. I was told it was going to be a few min wait. There was only 1 other customer in before me and two other customer being work on. Meaning there are still 2 worker available to help. I end up waiting over an hour and and not once did any one of the four work came to help me let alone talk to me and let me know how much longer it was going to take. Keep in mind that I was the only custom left that haven't been look after. All the worker who finished cuting someone hair either talk for 15mins and left then left to the back room. Or they just flat out left home. Worst customer care I've ever experienced at this place. I would not recommend this specific location to anybody. Unless you don't mind being ignored and wait while the worker just stand around and talk. I was literally the only customer in there before I decided to leave after waiting more than an hour.

  Gabriella graciously and skillfully corrected a bad haircut i had recieved at another place a couple of weeks ago. She listened carefully and problem solved a correction that i am very pleased with.

  I'm cheap but this mall is getting g dirty I only go here because the Manger that cuts my hair is really a good person nice hard working

  Horrible experience. I decided to get my brows done here just for a clean up and the woman that did my brows didn't event follow the shape of my natural brow. My brows are naturally thick and she turned them into oddly thinned pencils. Never going back here again
