::I got my haircut by Erin and I was really happy with her work. This location has friendly staff and it's kept really clean. We all know it's tough to find the right stylist for your hair, but I'm glad to say I found mine. I don't even have to tell her what I want when I walk in because she already knows. Great prices, great facility, and great chemistry with my stylist, what more could I ask for?

::The worst place ever!!! Not once ..not twice. Three different hairdressers gave me the worst haircut. I am a man who's not picky but deserve a decent haircut. Family and friends have commented on how uneven my haircuts were. What a waste!!

::Today I came with my mother to get a conditioning treatment as well as highlights for my mother. A very polite woman was doing the highlights for her hair, and she was very sweet. There was another woman there - blonde, thin, with an accent - that was cutting hair. My mother and I came by appointment and I had to be somewhere within an hour, so while my mother was getting highlights I questioned when I can start the conditioning treatment as I was on a tight schedule. The nice woman doing my mothers hair asked the blonde woman if she could take me next, explaining that I had to be somewhere, and she bitterly says, "No, she has time, these people have been waiting longer." And she motioned to the people sitting and waiting. Well, they walked in without appointments. I made one for the convenience of not having to wait. Usually the staff is very polite and do a good job but there that woman was very bitter. I decided to leave rather than have the treatment. Horrible customer service by that woman.
