  Went here at 10am on a Saturday - Google said open at 9, the door said open at 9. Closed sign still out front with no explanation for why no one was there.

  Quality of this place has really gone down in the last few months. Seems to be an issue of poor management.

  I have long hair and just needed a trim to clean up dry, damaged ends. I couldn't bring myself to pay the outrageous prices at most hair salons so I figured I'd give Supercuts a try. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, hair cut, and the products used to turn my dry brittle hair into silky soft locks. The two women who work there are very nice.

  Haircut was very nice. However as a new customer they didn't explain their rates and 9.95 haircut became 34.95 . Apparently the stylist blew dry my hair without telling me it was extra and since my long hair was now 4.5 inches shorter to a chin length bob... It cost me the extra 25! Under dispute right now. Not sure I'll use then again.

  Great experience and a very detailed haircut. Very nice and new store. I called with just a few minutes before they closed, and the woman who answered said that I could come down anyway. She ended up staying late to accommodate me and all the while giving me a great haircut.
