  I was at this store at about 11am for coffee and breakfast sandwiches for me and my work crew. All the coffee "pots" were empty, except one with 100% Colombian. I requested a dark roast, but the staff won't make any. Since there were no selection and the staff was unwilling to provide a good service, I ended up purchasing the Colombian out of my will. I requested a carry-on holder. The staff told me they do not have any. She made no effort to accommodate me at all. In fact, she did not appear to me as a happy worker. Then, I improvised. By helping myself to one of the donuts box to carry all the coffee cups, sandwiches and condiments. It's one thing to be out of items, a good customer service could have helped to make things right. This SA location lacked both.

  I visited the location and they did not have enough money to give me change back on a $100 bill. I didn't know the company was that hard up.
