  Stupid scheduling. They scheduled my daughter for a Wednesday appointment but when I showed up, the place is closed. It says they are open on Google but the doors are locked. Then the receptionist sees me pulling on the door, opens up and says they don't have a pediatric dentist working today. Says they have been trying to call me all week to cancel, yet I have no calls from them and no message was left. I got a confirmation text reminding me about the appointment yesterday, so they obviously have the correct number. Bad business model. Thank you for wasting my time.

  The Dentist and hygienist are awesome . However I feel that the way they run this office is all about getting your money. I don’t think they care about the satisfaction of their patients. It seems all they want to make is money and the office manger is pretty arrogant . The place is nice but that doesn’t mean you have to pay a arm and a leg because it’s aesthetically a nice place . A patient wants to feel that their dental health is the overall importance of dentist and not there money. They rush you into making financial decisions right on the spot . Which doesn’t seem profesional. I believe the patient should get time to go home and think about what they want to do. They should also give patients a paper with the break down of the cost of treatments needed and what treatments they need. The biggest turn off was how I noticed when you sit with the office manager and he goes over the financial aspect of the treatment . If you don’t agree with what they are recommending for you to get done , it feels as if they just want you to get out of the office. They don’t care about completing the objectives presented at the beginning of visit. I was warned about this place being shady and all their wrong doing . I was also told by someone who knows the scams that occur in this office. I’m not so sure about all these positive reviews being honest because I was also told how they offer discounts for people to post positive reviews . I’m not someone who complains much but I can say this is the worst dental office I’ve been to.

  Gina was great! She explained very well the steps of the visit. Each kid being different she adapted extremely well and fast. Great job!

  First time visiting with my 3 daughters and they loved it! Every single staff member was so nice and welcoming. We are definitely looking forward to continuing our dental care here. Recommend it for the entire family!
