    Worst thing that could happen in drop-off service....that's right they lost and mixed my clothes up with other peoples!! They claimed something went wrong with the dryers and how they made a mistake and mixed my family's clothes with other peoples. When I arrived I saw bags with my name on them but none of the items were mine! They then began to ask me if this and that were mine when theres a room packed with bagged clothes. Oh did I mention were talking close to 80 lbs worth of clothes and this was my first time using this laundromat being I just moved to the neighborhood a week previous. First and last time of course.
