::Quick check in, room was ready and clean, TV worked fine, WiFi worked. Walking distance from everything. Did not try the breakfast, but Juana Taco down the road a few minutes is a fantastic spot to get a breakfast taco

::The rooms were recently renovated, it looked like. There was an odd smell in ours at first, but it cleared once we cycled the AC. Room was mostly clean. One bed had some mild stains on the top sheet, so we slept on the other bed and everything looked clean and was surprisingly comfy. When we checked out, the staff was super anxious to get us out, despite how dead it was. They called and knocked on our door at 5 after and we were already nearly out, but they were pressuring us to get out asap. Office requested we check out (turn in key cards).

::great location.. Right on the interstate and walking distance to all the central locations of Austin. Magnificent.

::My kids and I stayed here 1 night, and we weren't expecting much for the price. From the outside it looks pretty rough, a bit run down, with a few iffy-looking men just hanging around. The stairwell smelled of stale spilled beer. Our room, however, looked quite nice, obviously recently-renovated, and clean. It was small, but serviceable. Beds were harder than I expected, the shower had no water pressure, and the mini fridge could not cool down effectively. But, the wi-fi was great. I was very unhappy by the sheer amount of noise during the night. It is right next to I-35, so the road noise was awful. There were other noises, too, that kept waking me up... sounded like there was construction going on nearby, but there wasn't. The continental breakfast included cereal, instant oatmeal, coffee (decent), hot cocoa, OJ, bread for toast, yogurt (I think), bananas, individually-wrapped pastries, and Texas-shaped waffles. We did like the location near downtown, but would likely not stay here again.

::Just spent 2 nights there, 2/10 and 2/11/18...and it was wonderful. The staff are so polite and courteous and willing to help with whatever one might need. The room was clean, fresh, smell was so pleasing and it was quiet...Coffee and tea in the room, free breakfast, close to downtown, one could walk on a good day. We were there and it was cold and rainy, but the heat in the room kept me nice and warm. I will go there again and I will stay with Super8 Downtown Austin. Good job folks....please keep it as clean and fresh with remarkable service as it was when I was there last weekend. I will be back!
