  Extremely slow service. Inwaites yo speak.to a representative for an unacceptable amount of time to reorder a bank card while watching the manager and an associate watch the customer service line grow. They had no sign in sheet or organization. The worst service that I have received since being with SunTrust. That has been since the changed from crestar.
