::I usually don't write reviews, but I finally got fed up enough to write one. This branch has to be one of the worst bank branches I have ever visited, for the following reasons: 1) I come in once in a while for quarters (yes, I still use cash). Whenever I come in, they never seem to have any. It's either that or "the other teller has them, so go wait in the other teller's line". 2) I came in once to deposit a check at the teller because the Suntrust ATM wouldn't accept it. The teller seemed more interested in upselling me on Suntrust services I don't need and didn't come in for. 3) One day, I get a frantic voicemail from the branch manager asking me to call him back immediately. I immediately assume it's an emergency and evil hackers have gotten into my account. Turned out there was nothing wrong with my account. 4) Whenever I deposit money into the ATM, it never deposits correctly (see above), so I have to waste more time resolving the issue with Suntrust customer service over the phone. Yes, there are convenient hours, but outweighed by the terrible customer service and staff. The staff seems to enjoy socializing with each other or playing with their phones more than helping customers. Go elsewhere (a different Suntrust branch, or maybe just use a different bank entirely).

::Have been using this branch for probably two years now. Parking isn't an issue, they have great hours, conveniently located in the store, and have never had the slightest problem. What's not to like?

::This branch seemed to be one of the most efficient branch for SunTrust Bank in Arlington. I have used a couple nearby branches including stand-alone ones, this is the branch that has less wait time, takes care of requests reasonably quickly and gets issues resolved.

::I'm sure the people that work are not at fault. But the mother Efing BANK IS ! this is why I left this bank, reason 1, even after contacting the bank by phone and email to let them know I was traveling out of state. Gave them all the info of state and county area. Still everytime I traveled they would freeze my account, EVERY TIME!!!! And ask me Mr. G Are you in CA. Yes that's what my email says and even called the branch. Reason 2, I would have to go inside the branch just to order a card if I lost one. Which happened quit a bit due to the new chip tech. Which where you have to leave your card in the machine till transaction is done. Then would have to wait 15 days just to arrive....I really hate this bank, nothing but head aches and grey hair everytime I had to deal with them...I would never recommend this bank to my enemies or family....
