  Absolutely terrible customer service. One (1) person only to deal with a line of people. 30+ minutes and counting.

  Worst banking customer service ever, not to mention tellers don't know much about their products or car loans transactions. Is always a problem, and will always ask you both ID and social to make a PAYMENT!!!

  Bad customer service and WAY TOO long of a wait. You are in the drive thru for at least 30 minuets. And the wait inside isnt any better. I have seen on a number of occasions the tellers and other bankers just standing around while there is a line of people. I HATE coming to this location!!

  20 minutes in the drive thru. I try buzzing the teller after 15 minutes after I finally lose my patience and no one responds to the call. Then I try calling the branch directly and no one answers the phone. You stay on hold until eventually you get transferred to the branch manager so you can leave a voicemail. Like really who the hell is gonna call you back!?!? I usually go to other branches so I'll know for the next time not to come here. Finally a teller responds after I beeped the thing like 20 times and says they're all slammed and will get to me as soon as they can. I don't know what is going on at this location but it sounds like they need more employees.
